About Charley Navasaitis
Charley’s coaching is rooted in lived experience. A Navy veteran and exercise science expert, her journey took an unexpected turn after a Naval training accident in 2011 left her with a herniated disc and debilitating migraines. She spent five years largely bedridden. In 2018, she began rebuilding from the ground up — slowly, intentionally, one day at a time. Even after additional health complications in 2020 that required stomach surgery, she refused to quit. Today, Charley is stronger than ever and deadlifts over 315 pounds — a testament to resilience, intelligent programming, and patience.
Charley specializes in women’s strength and physique development, with a focus on glute growth, body composition, and sustainable muscle building. She understands that many women want to look strong, feel confident, and build a powerful body without sacrificing joint health or long-term wellness. Her approach blends progressive overload, precise mechanics, and habit-based nutrition coaching to create real, measurable change.
What makes Charley different is her deep empathy for the process. She knows firsthand what it means to rebuild trust in your body. Her coaching emphasizes mastering the fundamentals, making small manageable habit shifts, and building strength from a solid foundation.
She does not believe in quick fixes. She believes in long-term transformation — physically and mentally.
