6 Weeks to Stronger Bones & Better Balance
For years, Coach Steve has helped one-on-one clients prevent and reverse osteopenia, osteoporosis, and age-related muscle loss and build more confidence in their bodies. Through personalized strength training, load bearing exercise, impact training and safe movement progressions, he has helped clients learn how to train smarter, move better, and feel stronger as they age.

Now, he is bringing that same coaching approach into a small-group setting.
Strong Bones Club is a 6-week strength program designed for women 50+ who want to support their bone health, prevent muscle loss, maintain independence, improve stability, and feel more capable in everyday life.
​
Over 12 coached sessions, you’ll work on strength training, posture, muscle building and safe bone-building exercises in a private, supportive environment at Triad Wellness. This is not a bootcamp and it is not a generic fitness class. Every session is designed to help you understand your body, move with more confidence, and build the kind of strength that supports long-term independence.

This founding program is limited to 4 participants, so each person receives coaching, attention, and modifications when needed.
​
If you have a concern about bone loss, muscle loss, losing independence, or needing joint replacement, we’ll meet you where you are and help you build from there.
