About Coach Rose
Rose is a third-generation certified Pilates instructor dedicated to serving each client's unique needs. She completed Ellie Herman's Mat Pilates Certification through Thrive Pilates & Yoga in Rittenhouse and is currently working toward a Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level I Certification. Her classical Pilates background shapes her focus on exercising for mobility and longevity through joyful movement, and her experience working closely with occupational therapists in special education gives her a deep appreciation for bringing meaning to movement.

In her sessions, Rose guides clients through classical Pilates work with modern twists designed for accessibility and a deeper understanding of the practice. She's thrilled to help clients build connection within themselves through mind-body awareness, as well as within the Triad community. Every movement is an invitation to pay attention: where your body is in space, where you're holding tension, and whether you can feel your breath and recognize when you're compensating.
Rose provides detailed explanations and hands-on adjustments throughout each session to help you feel supported and empowered. Because she works by appointment, you get personalized instruction without having to fit your life around a traditional class schedule. No experience required, no crowded room, and no pressure to already know what you're doing — just you, your body, and a coach helping you build the connection between the two.
