About Ben Thieberger
Ben’s journey from high school science teacher to expert coach at Triad Wellness gives him a rare advantage: he doesn’t just coach movement — he teaches it. While many know him for his dynamic boxing instruction, Ben is fundamentally a balance and functional fitness specialist. He works with athletes, active adults, seniors, and pregnant or postpartum women to build strength, stability, and coordination that translates directly into everyday life.
As a current WKA 145lb Maryland State Kickboxing Champion, 2025 ISKA Thailand Open Gold Medalist, and 2025 WKA Kickboxing Tournament Novice Champion, Ben brings real competitive credibility to his coaching. With a 7–1 fight record and over five years of training and coaching experience, he understands discipline, preparation, and performance at a high level. But what truly sets him apart is his ability to translate elite-level skill into safe, approachable training for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
With a deep understanding of biomechanics and a gift for breaking down complex movement patterns, Ben helps clients feel capable and confident in their bodies. His sessions blend precision, progression, and purpose — whether you are learning to throw your first jab, improving your balance to prevent falls, or rebuilding strength after a life transition. Ben’s coaching is not just about training hard. It is about educating, empowering, and helping people move better for life.
