What to Expect
Muay Thai, also known as “the art of eight limbs,” teaches you how to effectively use your fists, elbows, knees, and shins for self-defense. In this series, Ben will guide you through foundational techniques, helping you build strength, coordination, and agility. Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or have some experience, this class is tailored to your skill level.
But it’s more than just learning to defend yourself—it’s about gaining confidence, improving fitness, and feeling strong in your own body. Plus, working in such a small group means Ben can provide personalized feedback to help you master the techniques.
