Beginner Yoga: Hatha Style
Perfect for those new to yoga, this 6-week Hatha series focuses on building a strong foundation. You’ll learn basic poses, improve your posture, and build confidence in your movement. Katherine’s supportive teaching style ensures that each class feels approachable and tailored to your pace. Expect to move primarily through standing poses, with gentle transitions from sitting to standing.

This dynamic class is ideal for students who feel comfortable flowing from the floor to standing and are free from back or neck injuries. Katherine’s expert guidance will help you safely explore these deeper poses while improving your overall flexibility.
