1. Book a No Sweat Intro (30 minutes). We’ll discuss your goals, current routine, equipment, and schedule so we can tailor the perfect program for your lifestyle.
2. Equipment & Movement Review. You’ll show Steve what equipment you have and complete simple video assessments so he can design a plan that fits your exact needs.
3. Receive Your Program. You’ll get a fully customized 4-week plan built around your time, tools, and goals—whether that’s flexibility, running, mobility, or strength training. Each exercise includes cues, tempo, and demo videos.
4. Stay Connected. Communicate directly with Steve anytime through the private messaging app. Weekly check-ins and video reviews ensure your form, consistency, and progress stay on track.
