Plus, we assign simple ‘homework’ exercises so you can keep progressing even when you’re not in the gym.

Our trainers have extensive experience working with post-rehab clients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain, and movement restrictions. Whether you’re a desk worker dealing with back pain or a parent recovering from pregnancy-related changes, we help you move better, feel stronger, and transition safely from rehab to full fitness. We also provide at-home exercise guidance to continue your recovery between sessions.

Do you offer training for seniors or those concerned about fall prevention?Yes! We specialize in training older adults and busy professionals who want to stay active and independent as they age. Our Balance Strong Boxing program is specifically designed for fall prevention and improving agility, mobility, strength, and heart health. We also offer Stand Up to Falls, an online program that helps seniors improve stability and confidence at home.

Do I need a membership to train at Triad Wellness?No, we don’t require memberships! We believe in flexibility, so you only pay for the sessions you attend. Our clients train anywhere from once a month to five times a week—whatever works best for their goals and lifestyle.

What are your training hours?We train clients at all hours of the day and night, from early mornings (as early as 4 AM) to late evenings (as late as 11 PM). Whether you’re a professional with a packed workday or a parent juggling school drop-offs, we do our best to accommodate your schedule so you can stay consistent with your fitness.

What if I have a hectic schedule? Can you work around it?Yes! We understand that life is busy, which is why we offer flexible scheduling and a variety of training options, including in-person, remote programming, and online coaching.
