Stephen Cornely is a passionate certified personal trainer with over 15 years of industry experience.  Stephen specializes in helping clients meet their goals by focusing on joint health, mobility, strength training, and optimal human performance.

 

Certifications: 

-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) by the NFPT

-Anotomy in Motion Biomechanics Specialist

-Massage Therapist (LMT) -inactive

 

-Functional Mobility Specialist (FRCms) recognized by the Functional Range Systems.

Education:

-a Penn State University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a focus in Nutrition.

Charley Navasaitis

Charley Navasaitis is a Navy veteran, exercise science expert and nutrition coach with a truly inspiring story.  After a Naval training accident in 2011 left her with a herniated disc and severe migraines, she spent 5 years bedridden.  In 2018 she began her rehab journey teaching herself to take it one day at a time and slowly build up strength & confidence in her body.  She was faced with additional health issues in 2020 that required stomach surgery but she never gave up.  Today Char is stronger than ever, and can dead lift over 315 lbs!

Her approach to fitness and nutrition focuses on personalized exercises and small, manageable habit changes to help clients create long term health benefits.  

 

Charley is a trainer who truly understands the journey from hardship to strength!

-Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
